The Ropes Eagles faced off against the Burton Panthers in the 2A Division 2 Baseball State Championship this past Thursday at the Dell Diamond in Round Rock, resulting in the Eagles falling 6-1 across seven innings.

The Sundown Roughettes squared off against the Shiner Lady Comanches in a one-game winner takes it all 2A Division 2 Softball State Championship game this past Thursday at Red & Charline McCombs Field in Austin, resulting in the Roughettes losing 5-2 across seven innings.

MANCIAS SIGNS WITH WAYLAND - Anton Lady Dawg Alyssa Mancias recently committed to Wayland Baptist to play collegiate basketball surrounded by her family and friends in the Anton High School gym.
