Roughnecks win six straight to make postseason

On Senior Night, the Sundown Roughnecks hosted the Seagraves Eagles for a district baseball doubleheader this past Tuesday, resulting in the Roughnecks sweeping the series and clinching a playoff spot.In their first matchup, the Roughnecks beat the Eagles 14-7 across seven innings.

Lady Panthers, Lady Dawgs battle at Area

The Whitharral Lady Panthers and Anton Lady Dawgs track & field programs competed at the Girls 1A District 5 & 6 Area Championships in Dawson this past Thursday. In every event, the top four finishers advanced to the Regional Championships, which the Lady Panthers and Lady Dawgs capitalized on.
