Levelland Loboettes dominate Clyde, on the road

The Levelland Loboettes took on the Clyde Lady Bulldogs last Friday before they went to the Andrews Tournament where the Loboettes beat Clyde 61-20.To start the game Levelland took a commanding lead over Clyde outscoring them 20-7 going into the second quarter of the game.

Whiteface Antelopes are headed to State

The Whiteface Antelopes punched their ticket to a firstever trip to the UIL State Football Championships with a 74-54 win over the Water Valley Wildcats in Class 1A-1 six-man action last Saturday in Lamesa. Head Football Coach Clint Linman praised the culture the team has developed.

Ropes Eagles make school history

The Ropes Eagles made school history with their football season as this is the furthest they went making it to the Regional Quarterfinal game.The Eagles took on the Gruver Greyhounds this past Friday where Ropes lost, 42-28, falling at Happy State Bank Stadium in Canyon.

Levelland Lobos take down Monahans Loboes in a close game

The Levelland Lobos traveled to Monahans to take on the Loboes where Levelland won in a close game 59-56.In the first quarter it was Monahans that won the scoring battle 13-9 taking a four point lead going into the second quarter.

They say it’s hard to be a good team twice in the same season.The no. 2 Whiteface Antelopes proved it wasn’t impossible with an 82-36 win over the no. 7 Borden County Coyotes last Saturday in the UIL high school six-man football playoffs in Lockney.
