 These Capitol Elementary students are the winners of Ride with Rotary bicycles for perfect attendance for the third nine-weeks period presented by the Levelland Breakfast Rotary Club. The bikes were sponsored by Teinert Metals, Inc.

The Texas Tech Burkhart Center hosted their 20th annual Autism Awareness Walk on Sunday, March 30, at the Texas Tech Fuller Track and Field complex.

GOINGALL OUT - Levelland Loboette Saydi Mendoza took third base against the Snyder Lady Tigers at home, Tuesday. The Loboettes would get revenge against the Lady Tigers with a 6-5 win. The win puts both the Loboettes and the Lady Tigers at 6-1 in the district race for the top spot. The Loboettes hosted the Lakeview Maidens Friday at home.(Staff photo by Dom Puente)

Anton track excels during district

The Anton Boys’ and Girls’ Track Teams competed in the UIL 1A - District 5 Track Meet at Wellman-Union High School, April 2.Anton Boys’ VarsityAnton placed fourth overall with a total of 96 points.In the 100-meter prelim, Jose Avalos placed second with a time of 12.74.
