SPC Theatre presents Chuckwagon Madrigal Dec. 1-3 in Sundown Room

South Plains College’s Fine Arts and Theatre departments will host a Chuckwagon Madrigal at 6:30 p.m. from December 1 through December 3, in the Sundown Room. The doors will open at 6 p.m. with the service and show to begin at 6:30 p.m.

Second annual Sundown Fall Festival set Oct. 30

The second annual Sundown Fall Festival will be held Sunday, October 30, on East 7th Street, between Sundown Church and middle school. The festival will be held from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. with the lineup and setup to begin at 3:30 p.m.

Centurion Pipleline to host Chili Cook-off November 4

Centurion Pipeline Company of Levelland, will be hosting a Chili Cook-off November 4, at 502 Avenue F in Levelland. The cook-off is to benefit the Children’s Protective Services of Hockley County. The entry fee is $100 per team.

Trunk or Treat events set Halloween night on square

Levelland Noon Lions Club is hosting the annual Trunk or Treat on Main Street Monday, October 31. The All Hallows Eve event will be held from 6 p.m until 8 p.m. around the courthouse. Attendees are encouraged to wear costumes.

SPC Natatorium opens for fall 2022 semester

The Natatorium at South Plains College Natatorium has opened for the fall 2022 semester. The SPC Natatorium membership prices are designed for the whole family. For full time SPC faculty, staff and students and Hockley County seniors over the age of 65, there is no admission charge.
