LONE STAR SUPER TEAM- The Levelland Loboettes had three athletes that were selected to the Lone Star Varsity Softball Super Team. Saydi Mendez was selected to the First Team. Mendez led the team in hits with 48, and stolen bases with 33. She earned District 5-4A Newcomer of the Year, after hitting .516, with 44 runs, 27 RBIs, 15 doubles and three home runs. YOUNG TALENT - The City of Levelland will be hosting the 2024 Little Dribblers Tournament with boys’ and girls’ basketball teams attending from all over the country. The Little Dribblers Inc. Organization held a press conference earlier this week to announce the arrival of the tournament in 2024.
