Morton Indians route Seagraves Eagles

The Morton Indians took on the Seagraves Eagles in a nondistrict game at home where they won their matchup 59-43 last Friday. The first quarter started off close as Morton was able to outscore the Seagraves Eagles by three points taking a small lead 16-13, going into the second quarter.

The Sundown Roughettes competed in the Littlefield Tournament last week where they finished off 3-1 throughout the week. The first game of the tournament the girls lost to the Portales Lady Rams from New Mexico with a score of 66-33.

The Levelland Loboettes traveled to Littlefield for a tournament that lasted last week from Wednesday through Friday where the girls went 3-1 with their only loss coming from the #9 ranked Clarendon Lady Broncos.

The Levelland Lobos took on the Hale Center Owls for the teams first game of the Littlefield Tournament that is going on Wednesday through Friday. The first quarter of the game was high scoring as both teams couldn’t stop one another defensively.

The Sundown Roughettes competed in the Littlefield Tournament this Wednesday through Friday and faced off against the Portales Rams from New Mexico for the first game of the tournament. The first quarter of the game started off with the Lady Rams taking a jump start leading the Roughettes 18-9.

The Sundown Roughnecks faced off against the Andrews Mustangs for the teams first game of the Littlefield Tournament throughout the week. To start out the game the Roughnecks came out flat-footed as they were outscored 15-to-2 after the first quarter due to their lackluster offense.

Loboettes handle Phillies at Littlefield Tournament

The Levelland Loboettes kicked off the Littlefield Tournament by playing the first game against the Olton Phillies where they took the first win of the tournament. The game started off hot for the Loboettes as they were playing suffocating defense and able to take a commanding lead 20-5.

Lady Lopes earn road win

The Whiteface Lady Lopes faced off against the Midland Christain Lady Lions where they took the win 50-31, on the road. The first half of the game was the closest the game would get as the Lady Lopes had control of the game from the jump.
