The Ropes Eagles faced off against the Ralls Jackrabbits llast Thursday in Abernathy falling 28-13 in the bi-district round of hte UIL Class 2A-2 High School Football Playoffs.

In the Levelland Lobos season opener against the Plainview Bulldogs the team fell 70-59, at Plainview. The team is led by first year Head Basketball Coach Jordan Windholz and Assistant coaches Justin Tewell and Kendall Durrett.

The Levelland Loboettes started their season with a couple of wins over Abernathy and Shallowater this past week. The Loboettes won against Abernathy with a score of 65-44 this past Saturday and they handled business against Shallowater as the away team 4939 this past Tuesday.
