Antelopes fall to Jayton in area round

The Whiteface Antelopes took on the Jayton Jaybirds this past Friday for their area matchup in basketball playoffs where the team lost 58-38. The first quarter of the game started off with Whiteface keeping the game close as they were outscored 14-12.

The Whiteface Lady Lopes took on the Klondike Lady Cougars in their 1A HS girls basketball regional quarterfinal match up where they won 50-22. The first quarter of the game started off with the Lady Lopes taking a two point lead after they outscored Klondike 10-8.

Sundown ends season in Big Spring

The Sundown Roughettes took on the Christoval Lady Cougars this past Friday in Big Spring where they lost 48-44 in a close one. The first quarter of the game started off with Sundown trailing 12-6 due to Christoval’s ability to drive into the paint at will.

The Sundown Roughettes took on the Miles Bulldogs this past Friday in Big Spring for the teams area round of playoffs where the team won 64-43. The first quarter of the game started off with Sundown outscoring Miles 12-8 taking a four point lead going into the second quarter of play.
